Overview
The Glendale Healthcare Center (GHC) is located in the Talavi Central Building,
near 59th Avenue and Bell Road, in Glendale. Opened in 2018, GHC is owned
by Jewish Family & Children’s Service (JFCS). JFCS is a nonprofit
organization dedicated to strengthening the community by providing behavioral
health, healthcare and social services to individuals and families of
all ages, faiths and backgrounds.
GHC is certified by HealthyVerify, a private company that specializes in disease-reducing procedures and health-safety protocols. It has also been named as a Mercy Care Center of Excellence for Transitioned Youth and a Blue Cross Blue Shield Arizona Center of Excellence for Transitional Aged Youth.
GHC offers behavioral health services, including psychiatric care, play therapy, individual and group therapy and medication services.

JFCS does not deny access to integrated health services for individuals within Maricopa County based on their ability to pay. JFCS has a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.

Behavioral Healthcare
Services include psychiatric care, individual and group counseling, family therapy, trauma therapy, and play therapy. -
Substance Use Disorders
Services include therapy and counseling to help support an individual's mental health and sobriety. -
Sand Tray Therapy
A form of expressive therapy used by clinicians to help individuals cope with anxiety and traumatic experiences. -
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
A form of therapy that helps individuals with distressing symptoms that develop after traumatic experiences. -
High Care Needs
Services are provided by case managers who specialize in determining and supporting child and family needs.
