How to Donate Stock to JFCS

Step One: Transfer Stock By Electronic Transfer

Make sure that your name, address, and account number are included in the transaction to DTC.

Be prepared to provide the following information in the transaction to DTC:

• Date of stock transfer
• DTC number: #0075
• Number of Shares
• Name of Stock
• Correct spelling of your name
• Your complete mailing address

Step Two: Notify Jewish Family & Children's Service

To ensure proper crediting of your stock donation, please have your broker, or you may contact directly, Terrence Daniels, Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer, at 602-567-8351 to notify us that the transfer is underway.
