Holocaust Survivor Services in Greater Phoenix
At Jewish Family & Children’s Service (JFCS), we provide services for Holocaust survivors in the Greater Phoenix Area, including home visits, applications for reparations, emergency financial assistance, home care/housekeeping and dental services. Our staff serves as their agent with the Blue Card, Inc. and the Claims Conference (the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany).
Since September 1945, Jewish organizations have submitted applications for reparations from Germany on behalf of Holocaust survivors. While many organizations have managed to secure financial restitution, many survivors and their families have not seen any sort of reparation for what they endured during World War II.
JFCS provides support to Holocaust survivors in the Greater Phoenix area, helping them access reparations, emergency financial assistance and a variety of specialized programs and services. This includes assistance with securing funds for essential needs such as homecare, ensuring survivors can maintain their dignity, independence and quality of life.
